Participants are able to take part in mindfulness sessions which include meditation, breathing and coping techniques and aim to improve participants’ mental health and wellbeing by providing individuals with a wellbeing toolkit.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It helps to build a wellbeing toolkit that participants can practice in their own time.
  • There are Zoom sessions on a range of mindfulness techniques: meditation, mindful walking, healthy eating, arts and crafts, movement.
  • It also offers one-to-ones if required, which may be a face-to-face over a coffee.
