Come along to the fortnightly Community Connector drop in session to find out what activities, groups and support are available locally.
There will be a range of promotional posters to look at for inspiration and the signposting service will put you in contact with relevant services.
This is good for wellbeing because
- You will be able to speak to a Community Connector on a 1:1 basis to get individual advice & guidance, dependant on circumstances
- You will be able to see a range of local groups and support available locally to encourage you to engage socially.
- The aim is to reduce social isolation by finding the right thing for the person at the right time. We are able to discuss support options available for low to moderate mental health issues and signpost or refer on to the right service.
