What is the H.A.Y. Lincolnshire pledge?
We commit to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all individuals in Lincolnshire and our pledge is to:
- Support Mental Health and Wellbeing: Provide accessible, compassionate, and effective mental health and wellbeing support and resources to all members of our community.
- Foster Collaboration and Community: Work together with local organisations, volunteers, and community members to build a network of support and care.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve our services to better serve the mental health and wellbeing needs of our community.
- Keep in touch: Let the H.A.Y. team know about any changes to your service so we can keep our information up to date.
- Uphold Safeguarding: Ensure the protection of all individuals, particularly the most vulnerable.
- Promote Equality and Diversity: Celebrate and respect the diversity of our community, ensuring equal opportunities and treatment for everyone, regardless of their background or identity.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff, volunteers, and guests.

How do you apply?
- Fill Out the Group Registration Form: Provide your organisation’s details to us and tick the ‘I support the H.A.Y. pledge box’. If your group already has a page on H.A.Y. you can apply by completing the H.A.Y. Pledge Form.
- Review Process: Our team will review your application and may reach out for additional information.
- Approval and Badge Issuance: Once approved, you’ll receive further information alongside our welcome email, which will include the H.A.Y. pledge badge to display on your website and marketing materials. We will include the Pledge badge on your page.
If, at any time, you no longer support our vision, please notify us by email at lpft.haylincolnshire@nhs.net and we will remove the H.A.Y. pledge badge.
