Last Updated: 15/07/2024

One You Lincolnshire offer support for Lincolnshire residents to stop smoking, eat well and lose weight, move more or drink less. Our team of Health Coaches support clients with multiple issues to address, or provide support with confidence or motivation.

  • Stop Smoking, with NRT and either face-to-face or telephone based support.
  • Eat Well and Lose Weight, with a variety of weight management options for people with a BMI or 30+ (or 27,5 in some instances) to lose weight for good. We offer digital, and face-to-face support.
  • Move More, to help people reach 150 minutes of physical activity a week we offer tailored support from our team, or from our partner leisure centres.
  • Drink Less, for people drinking more than 14 units of alcohol a week (but not dependant) we offer support from our Health Coaches, or with groups to reduce consumption, or abstain.
  • Our service operates across Lincolnshire and you can self refer, or ask for a referral from your healthcare professional.

Our delivery is across Lincolnshire, in gyms, with Slimming World partners, in GP surgeries. The locations change all the time - but it is countywide.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Physical activity has proven benefits for improving wellbeing and mental health. Move more, and feel better!
  • Taking small steps to improve your lifestyle can improve overall wellbeing.
  • If you feel ready to make a change, our team can help. We can support you, and in turn you can feel empowered to make small sustainable changes.

It’s given me the encouragement to carry on, and lose 4st, I know I wouldn’t have done it by myself.
