LTC provides Specialist Trauma counselling and mental Health support to individuals and families across Lincolnshire .
We aim to provide Counselling and Psychotherapy to all those who need it.
We run charitable projects to support people in many different ways.
There is a cost to attend - but there are some free resources.
This is good for wellbeing because
- We provide therapeutic Counselling to help with the affects of Trauma/PTSD.
- We provide low cost therapy that is affordable for everyone.
- We run projects alongside counselling such as art group, befriending service and holistic therapies.
Central location, accessible, peaceful, friendly, flexible provider of mental health services, with a focus on trauma counselling.
The working shop workshops on offer are equally as excellent and are very informative and engaging.
