We provide advice via face to face, telephone and digital channels, to ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them.
Our mission is to help everyone find a way forward, no matter what problem they face. Our team has in-depth knowledge on enquiry areas including benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration and family/relationships. We regularly assist clients with many other areas including law/courts, health and utilities.
This work gives us an insight into the issues our clients are facing and policies that are affecting them unfairly. This is fed back to the national team to help their research and to influence decision makers to change policies and practices.
