Community Wellbeing Hubs provide grass roots level mental health support. Hubs are led by Community Connectors who provide free, confidential support and advice and signpost you to other services in the local area.

Rachael Fothergill, a Clinical Research Practitioner from LPFT will be coming along to deliver a Dementia Friends session to talk about the benefits of being involved with dementia research studies at Dementia Adventurers
Dementia Adventurers helps to provide activities, support, friendship and fun for both carers and those affected by Dementia.
