Cake decorating every Wednesday at St Swithin's Community Church, Lincoln 12:00pm to 14:00pm.
Wellbeing Evening 18:00pm - 20:00pm at Abbey Access Training, Lincoln.
The evening includes video games, VR, dancing, hot drinks and a friendly chat, open to anyone for free.
This is good for wellbeing because
- Reduces isolation and offers a safe space to meet new people and feel connected to your community.
- It offers mindful activities which reduces anxiety and promotes happy hormones such as dopamine.
- Learn new skills which improves confidence and sense of achievement!
The sessions are so relaxed and I am made to feel so welcome, I love coming for a chat and getting to know people in my community.
