The group meets every fourth Tuesday of the month at 14.00pm in the main building at Stamford Day Centre, 33 Ryhall Road, Stamford PE9 1UF.
We are based in Stamford but welcome anyone from the surrounding area.
We welcome anyone affected by any type of cancer, whether presently or in the past.
The group's aim is to offer support by sharing of information.
We also have details of local and national support organisations.
Friends, family members and carers are all welcome.
We also meet for a monthly walk in Burghley Park.
Our meetings are informal and often include guest speakers.
There will now be an evening group in Ryhall, near Stamford which will be on Wednesday 12th February 2025.
This will be held at Ryhall Methodist Hall, Mill Street, Ryhall, PE9 4HQ.
Future meetings of the evening group will be held on the second Wednesday of each month.
This is good for wellbeing because
- We support people who are on a cancer journey either currently or in the past.
- We offer information regarding local and national support organisations.
- We have monthly speakers at the group.
