This is good for wellbeing because
- Person-Centred therapeutic arts allow you to communicate without finding the right words. It can help you see your world in new ways.
- Being part of a group of like-minded individuals you can support each other, feel listened to and understood - all while expressing yourself creatively.
- Each week we explore different ways of using art to explore our emotional wellbeing and mental health - and whilst I provide ideas and a structure to the sessions, each week you decide how that looks for you as an individual, going at your own pace and following your own interests.
