Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga at White Hart Holistic is an inclusive 90 minute Hatha Yoga class for all ages, sizes, levels and abilities.

Held every Tuesday, 6.30–8.00pm at Fillingham Village Hall.

Each session begins with gentle stretching, moves through yoga postures building to a key pose (asana) of the week, includes a breathing exercise, and ends with deep relaxation. Suitable for all ages, sizes, levels and abilities.

Cost: £10 per class.

Pre-booking required.

Instructor holds a Level 4 Certificate in Hatha Yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga.
