Menopause Support Group Lincs is a welcoming community for women across Lincolnshire, offering understanding, encouragement, and a safe space to share experiences, advice, and support throughout the menopause journey.
Menopause Support Group Lincs is a friendly and supportive group for women navigating menopause. We meet monthly at 7pm, alternating between First Media on Louth Industrial Estate and Grainthorpe Village Hall, giving women across the area a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and support one another.
Enjoy a chat over refreshments, available for a small fee, and hear from menopause specialists when possible. Whether you're looking for information, understanding, or simply reassurance that you're not alone, our group is all about bringing women together and being there for each other through every stage of the menopause journey.
