3 Royal Anglian are your county Army Reserve unit for Lincolnshire based in Grimsby and Lincoln. We train once a week, one weekend per month and one two-week period per year.
We provide paid part-time employment with a generous bonus scheme and a range of transferable skills, qualifications and driving licenses which are available to all.

- When you join 3 Royal Anglian, you will have the opportunity to travel overseas, undertake adventurous training and participate in challenging activities that will push you to your limits and extend your physical and mental capability.
- Army Reservists get paid for training in their spare time. The more you do, the more you earn. There is a bonus paid for completing Basic Training and an annual tax-free bonus which increases every year. We have free-to-use gyms at both locations, your uniform and equipment is provided for free and we pay travel expenses.
Since joining 3 Royal Anglian, I have really come out of my shell. I used to be shy and nervous but was encouraged to be better at everything I did. I now have the confidence to deal with people better and do not feel nervous about getting involved with anything anymore.
