Based in Boston, we are a Scout Group offering fun and adventure for 4-14 year olds. The young people will learn life skills while having fun. They will also have the opportunity to take part in many adventures and go camping.
As a Scout Group we have 4 aged sections meeting on different days.
Adult volunteers also learn skills and organise activities and camps as well as attending.
Our monthly fees for the young people cover most of what we do as well as insurances and our running costs. We keep this as low as we can. Currently (2025) this is £16:00 per month (payable every month).
Additional costs for camps and some activities will be charged separately.
This is good for wellbeing because
- Being in scouting keeps you active in mind and body
- You will get to meet and make friends with new people from different backgrounds
- The young people will earn badges to show their achievements and progress
