Adults Move Lincolnshire (AML) is a community interest company based in Spalding, committed to the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of adults across Lincolnshire.

With a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, AML provides recreational sports and wellness activities in the form of community classes and mobile classes, taking physical activity into care settings and services for older adults and adults with additional needs and disabilities to enjoy! AML also provides social events, including monthly Inclusive Discos. Their dedicated team is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for various adult communities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage in enjoyable and beneficial activities that promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It promotes physical health and empowers adults to take care of their body's with a range of recreational sports and wellness activities such as dance, yoga and more!

  • It promotes mental health/wellbeing and empowers adults to move for their mind as well as their body. Accessible yoga classes are a place for the community to come unwind, de-stress and connect deeper with themselves and others.

  • It promotes community, inclusion and diversity through a range of physical and social activities - dance, yoga and discos - empowering adults with a range of (dis)abilities and who are from a variety of backgrounds to move and be active together.
