At All Included Music Project (AIMP) we aim to make music assessable to all by creating a safe safe without fear or judgement. We support healthy minds through music. Make friends, learn an instrument, have fun, gain confidence within our warm space.

AIMP offers regular rehearsals, jamming sessions, open mic nights, family friendly events, lessons, concerts and more.
We are based at Tonic Health Spalding which is already a designated safe warm space fitting with our philosophy. We are a non for profit organisation, which makes all sessions and events free of charge.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • The main project focus is to support mental health wellbeing through music. Be it talking music, playing music or just enjoying being around like minded people.
  • We allow all our sessions and events a safe and welcoming for people to be themselves without fear or judgement.
  • AIMP explores the links between music and mental wellbeing. If you are anxious, shy, none confident, feel like you don't fit. We will help to take the first step in improving your mental health.

In my 73 years, I've had a whole life of people telling me I'm not good enough to be on stage. Was told that my voice wasn't made for singing. When AIMP came along last year, these feelings of low confidence, low self esteem and depression slowly disappeared. Each week I grow due to the project. I have now performed live on my own, singing and playing. The group is so encouraging and no one judges me anymore.
