We focus on self-care, guiding you to listen to your body and honour your unique path. In our classes, we emphasise core strength, helping you to build a solid foundation that supports not only your yoga practice but also your everyday life.

Join us as we explore the empowering connection between a strong core and overall wellbeing, nurturing both your physical and mental health.

Each class begins with gentle pranayama (breath work) followed by a warm-up and a series of flow sequences, inversions, savasana (restorative pose), and an inspiring quote to guide mind/body/spirit integration.

Come as you are and embrace the vibrant energy of our community, where every pose and breath is an opportunity to cultivate joy and serenity.

I have been attending yoga with Ananda since the beginning of this year. Ananda has a warm and friendly personality, which she uses to greet and welcome all members to her classes.

She teaches to the strength and needs of the class members always encouraging and adapting poses to suit class members abilities. She shares her yoga knowledge and often shares inspirational quotes.

The session finishes with a lovely head and neck massage with lavender I leave the class feeling renewed with a sense that I want to continue my practice and learn more about yoga life.

Ananda hosted a New awakening retreat at Purusha retreat a heavenly place in nature which is eco friendly. The yoga domes are in a woodland all fresh green with wild flowers coming into bud and a Lilly pond by a tea hut.

The retreat helped me gain a deeper understanding and clarity through yoga incorporating breath work, mediation and mindfulness … So by setting the intention I have planted the seed to take me forward.
