This is good for wellbeing because

  • Person-Centred therapeutic arts allow you to communicate without finding the right words. It can help you see your world in new ways.
  • Being part of a group of like-minded individuals you can support each other, feel listened to and understood - all while expressing yourself creatively.
  • Each week we explore different ways of using art to explore our emotional wellbeing and mental health - and whilst I provide ideas and a structure to the sessions, each week you decide how that looks for you as an individual, going at your own pace and following your own interests.

I love these sessions. I feel part of something. We’re all so supportive of each other and we build each other’s confidence. It’s amazing where art takes you, In a gentle way. Loving it all with gratitude.
