This is good for wellbeing because

  • It promotes and gives people opportunities to explore a range of techniques that can benefit wellbeing by helping to reduce stress and anxiety, and promotes the importance of self care.
  • It provides a safe space for people to come together and offers the opportunity for social connection.
  • It supports people to explore and learn skills they can use in their everyday life.

The group has helped provide tools for managing my mental health. It helps me emotionally and socially.
