Centrepoint Outreach

Last Updated: 15/07/2024

Centrepoint Outreach provides six activity sessions per week involving cooking, arts & crafts, and playing board games/music.

All the activities take place in small groups in a friendly, non-judgmental environment and are ideal for anyone who would benefit from meeting new people, learning new skills and being part of a group.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Taking part in creative activities helps to take your mind off your problems and enables you to feel proud of what you have achieved.
  • Meeting new people helps to reduce social isolation.
  • Learning new skills helps to improve your confidence and reduce anxiety.

I love this place. It offers emotional as well as practical support. Everyone is kind and helpful.
