Personal Mindset Plans - Whether you're local or anywhere in the UK they can provide personal mindset plans that cover components such as movement, nutrition, mental fitness, rest/recovery, and sleep.
Movement Support Programmes - If you haven't been physically active for a while then it can be a daunting prospect to get up and go again. This is where support is offered for individuals to prepare for a more active lifestyle with advice, active daily living plans, and mentoring from the Mindset Coach.
Mindset Management - Life is fast and furious and sometimes overwhelming. It can be very difficult to manage those emotions and be the person you want to be. Mindset Management supports individuals to implement mindfulness through breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement as coping strategies for a healthier mindset.
Nutrition Advice - Nutrition has a significant impact on our physical and mental well-being. This service aims to educate and support individuals in making healthier choices in food and hydration, specifically to support the individual's condition(s) and/or mental and physical health goals.
Supporting people with long term health conditions - Every individual is unique, however, depending on pre-disposition and certain lifestyle factors some people can develop long-term health conditions which also impact their mental health. This service can provide support and guidance on different components of mental and physical health.
Services are either: -
- Online or via telephone - for consultations
- West Lindsey Leisure Centre - for classes
- Your place of work - for workshops, talks, coaching, and health assessments
- A prior arranged community venue - for meetings, coaching, public speaking, and classes
There is a cost but some resources are free.
