Coningsby and Woodhall Walking Footballers offers a fun and sociable walking football for both men and women to improve their physical and mental health.
Running three sessions over two locations.
Outside at the Allan Barker 3g pitch in Coningsby on Mondays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm and Wednesdays from 10:00am to 11:00am
Also inside at St Hughs' School Hall, Woodhall Spa on Fridays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
The first session is free, and there is no need to book.
Welcoming ladies over 40 years and men over 50 years. You just need to wear comfy clothing and trainers.
Annual membership is £10.00 (which includes Walking Football Association personal insurance) and each session is £3.00.
Walking football is a non-contact sport and no running is allowed.
There is a cost but some resources are free.
