This is good for wellbeing because
- Meet others with a shared experience, who may be able to support one another and form connections with one another.
- Art as therapy for people who are experiencing difficult times can be healing in a different way to any other support, processing emotions in a creative method.
- The group is friendly, and welcoming, and encourages promotion of mental wellbeing.
