Supports men's mental health by running a community workshop, incorporating woodwork, planned metal work and repairs, as well as a tearoom. Providing social and community contact. We partner with the community garden group.
Our Shed is located at Swines Meadow Garden Centre and runs every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10am to 2pm.
There is a cost to attend, however some free resources are available.
This is good for wellbeing because
- It helps you to stay active, share your skills and learn new ones.
- Talk over a cuppa (coffee optional).
- It helps the local community.
