Sessions run throughout the week, with prices starting from £10 per child. Group bookings and tailored therapy sessions are available—spaces are limited to keep things calm and supportive, so booking via our website or social media is recommended.
We’re a Community Interest Company (CIC) actively exploring grant funding to make our services more accessible and to offer pilot sessions for those who need them most.

Being outside and being able to take a child to exercise class means it’s accessible for me. I have 3 young children so very little time for exercise and this is a game changer for me and my mental health
