We run every Thursday in school term time. We are a friendly little group where people can bring their little ones to play.
We do varied activities and provide a safe, happy place for adults to get to know other adults whilst their children also get to interact with other children and do lots of different activities. We cater our activities for children from 0-5years.
We have outdoor sessions, music and arts and crafts and we try to offer trips or experiences at affordable prices for those struggling - we recently took the toddlers horse-riding. We provide drinks and snacks and try and support families or pass on information to help support people where we can, using the school resources and knowledge.
Our motto is EVERYONE WELCOME!
Voluntary donation of £1
This is good for wellbeing because
- This is a great group as it offers a safe, warm space with drinks and snacks - although we advertise for a £1 donation, we are aware families are struggling and do not ask for payment, it is voluntary. As we run in the school and by a School EYFS trained staff member, we have the resources and information to pass on for children/families with various issues currently present in our surrounding area.
- We have joined forces with other local agencies in order to offer as much of the best provision as we can.
- We tailor our environment to enrich the learning/development/growth of the children that visit our setting and that includes supporting the parents/caters too. We see socialising and play in a safe, happy place is vital with all the issues people are currently facing. We make everyone welcome.

We can’t wait to come back. He has asked every morning if it’s baby group today.
