Health Qigong is a slow flowing moving meditation. It's really great for stress and anxiety, as well as aches, pains, flexibility and mobility. Classes are kept small and intimate and every week you will learn a little about each move we do and what it's good for.

Qigong (also spelled Chi Gong or Chi Kung) is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breath control, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as “qi” (or chi).

Qigong is sometimes described as a moving meditation — it involves slow, flowing movements that are easy to follow, making it accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It relieves and releases your anxiety.
  • It helps to improve your mobility.
  • Enhancing mental clarity and focus

I've always fancied qigong and when I saw Hannah's Monday evening class I was excited to start. I wasn't disappointed. Hannah makes you feel relaxed and at ease when you've never done anything like this before and by the end of the classes I always feel very chillaxed both mentally and physically... even though I've done a top to tail workout. I would recommend everyone to give it a go!
