Informal Mindfulness is a meditative mindfulness session for calm and clarity.

Informal mindfulness is a chance to sit, be present, and find stillness while escaping from the busy and world and all its distractions.

It helps you gain mental calm and clarity and is led as a guided meditation as part of a small and friendly group.

There is a chance for talking and connection afterwards.

Booking recommended as spaces are limited.
