Traditional art with focus on etiquette and respect. We teach from the age of five to our elder students past 70 years of age. As well as the usual martial arts, we teach breathing exercises and meditation.

There is a cost to attend - some free resources are available.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Stress release through physical exercise.
  • Breathing exercises to help keep calm in stressful situations, but also help reduce stress hormones.
  • Meditation to help calm the mind and help make you physically and mentally stronger.
