Chair Yoga: Perfect for every body, these classes blend seated and standing postures (using the chair for support) to gently build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Enjoy a calming mix of breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to ease stress and promote a peaceful mind.

Hatha Yoga: Mat-based sessions guided with care and plenty of options for all abilities. Each week brings a fresh theme and a variety of postures, always including meditation and breathwork for deep relaxation and calm. Expect a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where everyone can find their own pace.
