We offer a drop-in session twice a week, a weekly lunch every Friday, breakfast club during school holidays, craft group, mother & baby group, and foodbank & baby bank.
We offer a drop-in session twice a week meeting on Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 2pm. This is free for those who are struggling.
We always serve a lunch on a Friday and during the winter months we operate as a Warm Safe Space.
Throughout the school holidays we run a breakfast club opening slightly earlier at 9.30 am offering a light breakfast of cereal and toast.
We host several groups including craft and on Friday morning we also host a mother/carer and baby/toddler group.
During opening hours, we have the Baby Bank and Food Bank in operation, so clients can access food and nappies etc.
This is good for wellbeing because
- We help stimulate dialogue and we are good at listening.
- We signpost people to professional agencies for further support.
- We also encourage indoor and outdoor activities such as chair exercises and bulb planting.
