Mindful Movement – Breathe, Move & Relax

Join this calm and nourishing Mindful Movement session designed to support both your mental and physical wellbeing. Thoughtfully choreographed by a psychotherapist, the class blends gentle Pilates‑inspired movement, breathing techniques and guided relaxation meditation to help you unwind, reconnect and feel more balanced.

Tetney Village Hall -  Thursdays, 9.30am–10.30am
(Third Thursday of the month: 9.00am–10.00am)

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water
£8 per session

A welcoming and supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply and move mindfully.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Mindfulness is fundamental in combating stress anxiety and depression.
  • It is fantastic for recovery from physical illness too as it retains the brain to slow live down and observe the body.
  • Participants learn breathing techniques to combat a variety of ailments within the body. Internal and external. Perfect for balancing the mind body and soul.
