Minnitation offering Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), Yoga and Meditation services.

All three services offered are deeply connected to mental health and personal growth.

IEMT is a technique that addresses trauma and facilitates rapid change.

Yoga and meditation work to calm and soothe the mind to foster deeper self-awareness and growth that follows on after the therapy.

There is a cost to attend - but there are some free resources.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • IEMT addresses the root causes of struggles, helping individuals overcome feelings of being stuck, anxious, or deeply depressed.
  • Yoga promotes physical healing through movement, stretching, and strengthening the body, while also incorporating a meditative aspect that enhances mental well-being.
  • Both yoga and meditation complement IEMT perfectly, supporting ongoing personal growth and healing even after the therapy sessions have ended.
  • It supports overall well-being by not only guiding individuals on their journey to recovery but also equipping them with techniques to sustain and enhance their healing process.

I have recently had Eye Movement Therapy with Naomi. She is such a lovely person, who exudes an aura of calmness and kindness.

She instantly puts you at ease, and the IEMT is both a fascinating and remarkable concept.

I will be returning for another therapy class. I highly recommend people with anxiety issues to give it a try to see if it helps them.
