Lincolnshire Co-op Wellbeing Walk - Nettleham Sensory Stroll (Dementia Friendly) is a free, dementia-friendly sensory stroll on the 1st Thursday of each month in Nettleham, welcoming people living with dementia and their carers, family and friends.
A FREE monthly Sensory Stroll in Nettleham, on the 1st Thursday of each month at 11.45am, meeting at the Village Hall on Brookfield Avenue.
This dementia-friendly walk is specially designed for people living with dementia and their carers, family and friends.
The walk is run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders and is open to everyone with no need to pre-register.
Routes start and finish at the same location, cover easy terrain at a steady pace, and are designed to engage the senses.
Suitable footwear and clothing advised.
Part of the Lincolnshire Co-op Wellbeing Walks scheme, under the national Ramblers Wellbeing Walks programme.
