Weekly group walk and talk sessions in nature facilitated by a qualified counsellor who is also a qualified herbalist.
The walk is located at Hartsholme Country Park, every Tuesday at 1030am – 1230pm. Please book your place here.
This is good for wellbeing because

Participation in free gentle physical exercise. Engaging in simple breathing exercises which can help reduce anxiety.

Learning new skills; noticing (and possibly identifying) common plants, birds, butterflies, bees and insects, and helping to look more closely at the world around us.
