The Positive Pilgrims project helps engage adults who experience mental health issues in Lincolnshire by using the power of sport and the Boston United Football Club brand to create exciting pathways into training, volunteering and employment.

Positive Pilgrims is a mental-health specific football group for men and women. The session is every Friday at 9.30am to 10.30am on our 3G at Boston United Football Club. The group is a very welcoming group to new participants and excellent for those who wish to improve their health and well-being.

£4 per session

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It allows the participants to socialise with their peers.
  • Enables the participants to feel part of the football club and make them feel worthwhile.
  • Allows participants to improve their health and fitness through exercise, which is fantastic for wellbeing.
