Reset is a social group based in Alford at The Storehouse Church, and offers a host of activities including walking, gardening, a book club, cooking and life skills so people can socialise and learn new skills.

Sessions run twice a week on a Monday and Thursday from 10.30 am -1.00 pm:

Tuesday - walking, litter picking, gardening and book club

Thursday - cooking and eating/ life skills

This is good for wellbeing because

These activities helps to reduce loneliness, isolation and depression through exercise and activity.

Encourages interaction and socialisation meeting in a group of people in a safe environment.

It builds confidence and life skills helps with building confidence as we learn together.

I always thought I was the only one that felt this way and even after just 2 group activities I feel I am understood and not alone.
