The Ryhall Arts and Craft Club is a friendly group where you bring your projects to make with the group. The session gives enough time to get a lot of work done, with refreshments available and lots of chat.
Below is a list of activities that people do:
- Painting – Drawing
- Needlecrafts – Knitting – Sewing Patchwork – Slow Stitching Tapestry
- Rug Making
- Parchment Crafts
- Beading and Lacemaking
Bring along your work and spend a few hours doing what you love.
This is good for wellbeing because
- Connect with people who have similar passions in the art and crafts.
- Spend time working with others on your own projects.
- Art and Crafting can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, loneliness, and even dementia, according to research.
