Feel calm and connected with Ryhall Yoga. We offer a slower, mindful style of yoga with 15 minutes of breathwork, meditation, and relaxation. This gentle practice supports wellbeing, helping you feel balanced, refreshed, and more at ease.

Breathe deeply, live fully – explore Pranayama with Ryhall Yoga

Pranayama, also known as breathwork, is the mindful practice of guiding the breath—our vital life force or “prana.” Through simple yet powerful techniques, you’ll learn to calm the mind, reduce stress, boost energy, and improve focus.

These sessions help you build a deeper connection with yourself and enhance your yoga practice, supporting emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Sessions take place at Ryhall Village Hall,  Thursday  1.30 pm to 2.30 pm.

Cost £52:00 for a consecutive block of six.  However, we can offer discount to those on a low income.
