Pilates is a low-impact exercise which works to strengthen your muscles, support your joins, ease chronic pain and provide a full-body workout.
I offer group classes in Tetney, Lincolnshire - an accessible way to work out with a like-minded group of people in a welcoming and friendly environment. You'll need an exercise mat, resistance band, and head cushion.
You need no prior experience and my classes are suitable for all levels. We wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, and classes last for one hour. I also offer bespoke, one-to-one classes in your own home which focus on you and your specific, unique needs and goals.
