Gently dance your way through over 4000 steps, while you learn fun stroll dance routines to fantastic music from the 50s and 60s.

So, what is stroll dancing? The easiest way to explain it, is that it's similar to line dancing, but less technical steps for you to follow, and set to awesome music!
No experience or partner needed. Your teacher will walk it through with you every step of the way, before you all join in together to the music.

A fun and friendly way to keep active, get your daily steps in, and meet new people too!

Every Monday (except for bank holidays) 2pm - 2:45pm.

£5 per person

I couldn't dance a step when I started, I was so nervous! But with the rest of the group, we were guided by our lovely teacher, and I soon got the hang of it. It's so much fun, and I love the music. I always leave with a smile on my face.
