I offer one to one as well as group mindfulness and wellbeing sessions, They include, mentoring, meditation, well-being walks, mindful movement and more. Sessions can be face to face or via Zoom. I also run Feel Good Project in Sleaford and Grantham with Development Plus.

There is a cost involved, however there are some free resources.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It helps people to build their own well-being tool kit.
  • People have reported back they feel less anxious and more confident
  • Group sessions allow people to get to know other people and build their own support networks

I have absolutely loved the feel good project. Looking back through my feeling journal - ye so have had a couple crisis moments, but with the tools and skills you have taught me and encouraging me to get out the house and meet up within the weeks from start to finish - I am a different person, I am no longer a shell of who I was but starting to love the new me and understanding my complex mental health and my physical conditions. It’s ok not to be ok and by doing self care, self love, mindfulness everything, meditation etc I am starting to live instead of wishing I wasn’t. The rucksack has been lifted and even though I have a long way still to go through my recovery and will never be free from it all. I have faith that now I can learn and grow to live alongside my conditions.
