Coffee Stop takes place every Monday from 10.30 am-12.00 pm. It gives people the opportunity to come together, meet new and old friends and enjoy coffee and a snack with others.
This is good for wellbeing because
- It gives the opportunity for people to make new friends
- Organisers of the group are keen to promote good mental health and wellbeing
