Looking for a space to connect, have fun, and boost your wellbeing? Our groups are designed to help you build social confidence and create supportive networks. They’re inclusive for those with an autism diagnosis but open to everyone who wants to join the fun.

How to Join:
Before joining any group, you’ll need to attend one in-person initial assessment. Alongside these sessions, we also offer 1-to-1 support to help you achieve your personal goals.
This is good for wellbeing because

- A chance to form connections with peers with similar lived experience
A chance to access 1-1 support and mentoring to help you reach your goals as you transition into and through early adulthood
