The Way of the Horse is a Equine Facilitated Therapy Centre that assists individuals, including children and adults with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional service of a high quality designed to get to the root cause of your wellbeing and mental health challenges.
Whether you're looking for equine therapy or one off activities or interested in joining our funded courses we offer a welcoming and inclusive environment that caters to people with PTSD, anxiety or stress.

We also work with groups, 1-2-1 with anyone suffering with PTSD and anxiety.
We also offer support for women who have experienced domestic abuse, or menopause issues.
There is a cost to attend, but there are some free resources e.g. trial session, online tasters, Facebook community.
