Yoga and meditation class to help create a deeper sense of wellbeing. Offered via zoom on Monday evenings, 7-8pm

There is a cost involved, however there are some free resources

This is good for wellbeing because

  • It works with the body and the breath to create a deeper sense of wellbeing.
  • It doesn’t focus on a ‘style’ as such but offers the opportunity to explore what our bodies can do, how we feel and how we can let go of tension.
  • It offers mindful movement to explore feeling, flexibility, strength and relaxation.

I really look forward to my yoga session and always feel so much better after it. I can go at my own pace and really enjoy the relaxation.
