Lincolnshire Co-op Wellbeing Walk - Welton - A free, friendly short walk for all abilities, every Monday afternoon in Welton, run by trained volunteer walk leaders.

A FREE weekly Wellbeing Walk in Welton, every Monday at 1pm, meeting outside the Black Bull Pub on Lincoln Road.

No walks on Bank Holidays.

These short walks are run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders and are open to everyone with no need to pre-register.

Routes start and finish at the same location, last between 30 and 90 minutes, and cover easy terrain at a steady pace to suit everyone.

Suitable footwear and clothing advised.

Part of the Lincolnshire Co-op Wellbeing Walks scheme, under the national Ramblers Wellbeing Walks programme.

This is good for wellbeing because
