Animal Interaction - Mental Health Support Sessions

Supported sessions working within a wildlife rescue and taking part in mindfulness activities.

This is good for wellbeing because

  • Interacting with wildlife and nature is good for your mental health!
  • Meeting other likeminded people helps build bonds and improve confidence.
  • Knowing you're part of an animals rehabilitation journey is incredibly rewarding!

I had done talking therapies before and tried mindfulness tasks which haven't worked, but there's something about knowing I'm actually making a difference that brings me a bit of peace and makes me feel good.
