Wellbeing & Recovery College Summer 2026 Timetable

Summer 2026 timetable OUT NOW!

‘Courses to support mental health and wellbeing’

The summer term timetable is now live and available for bookings. The timetable runs from after Easter through to July.

Anyone who is already a registered student with the College can request to book places on our courses via email, telephone or via the student portal if they have set up an account.  Please be aware that if a course isn’t showing on the student portal it is full, in that instance please encourage people to contact us via email as we can then to add people to the waiting list and advise if a place becomes available.

New courses that we are excited to have added to the timetable are a three-session course ‘Let’s talk about ADHD’ which is online. A new 2-part course ‘Supporting a loved one after a suicide attempt’ which is in person in Skegness in June.

Multi-session courses that are back by popular demand and returning to our online offer are: ‘Wake up, open up, step up’, ‘Living well with perfectionism’ and ‘Understanding and challenging loneliness’ and our new course ‘Let’s talk about it – Eating disorders’

We also offer sessions specifically for carers (family carers / unpaid carers), online this summer we have ‘Who is a carer’ and ‘Carer Burnout’.

Over the summer term we will be in Spalding, Sleaford, Lincoln, Boston, Skegness, Nocton, Grantham and Holbeach.

In Lincoln at Bridge Central, we are running three in person ‘Drama for wellbeing’ come along and give it a try!

All our sessions are available for anyone aged 16 and over who would like to come along and learn with us. No referral needed, you can bring someone along with you (just remember they need to register and book a place too).
