AgeWise Counselling provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health support for older adults through convenient in-home and care home sessions across Lincolnshire.

AgeWise Counselling offers specialist mental health support for older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, dementia-related distress, and addiction recovery. I provide one-to-one counselling in the comfort of your own home or care facility, or by telephone or online, removing transport barriers.

• Cost: £60 per session. Please contact me to discuss your situation if cost is a concern.
• Sessions: 60 minutes, available Monday-Sunday by appointment, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs.

What to expect: In our first session, we'll discuss what's troubling you and what you hope to achieve and create a therapy plan. Sessions are confidential, compassionate, and use evidence-based methods proven effective for older adults. I work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
